Agreement
By downloading or using Complycated, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's terms apply.
What Complycated does
Complycated helps you configure and display Apple Watch complications using information from Apple frameworks and connected services. Availability, timing and accuracy can depend on your device, permissions, network connection, watchOS refresh budgets and the relevant third-party provider.
Weather, transit, flight, calendar, battery and Home information is provided for convenience. Do not rely on Complycated as an emergency, safety-critical, medical or guaranteed travel service.
Upgrades and billing
Complycated Forever
Core lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase for the eligible core features described in the app. It can be restored with the Apple ID used to buy it.
Complycated Connected
Connected is a monthly auto-renewing subscription for server-intensive features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID can be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
Complycated's seven-day trial starts automatically on first launch and is provided inside the app without a payment method. It includes one tracked flight and one saved return transit route, with lower fair-use request limits than the paid plan. It ends without charging or automatically starting a subscription. Prices and taxes can vary by country and are always shown by the App Store before purchase.
The current plan comparison is available on the pricing page.
Fair use and changing services
Plans can include reasonable request limits for costly external services such as flights, transit and frequent background updates. Current allowances are shown in the app. Features or providers may change when an integration becomes unavailable, unsafe, unlawful or uneconomical to operate. Any material plan change will be communicated clearly.
Connected services
When you connect Home Assistant or another third-party service, your use of that service remains subject to its terms. You are responsible for having permission to access the account, server, device or entity you connect.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, evade limits, interfere with its operation, probe it without permission, or use it in a way that violates the law or another person's rights. Access can be limited when needed to protect users, providers or the service.
Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Complycated is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that every update or third-party result will arrive at a particular moment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
